This Residence is situated in a natural bay surrounded with green
mountains which imprint the landscape of the northern Lake Garda. It
is situated directly on the shore of the lake in a singular and
quiet position and offers a total view on the beauty of Riva del
Garda within easy walking distance of 350 m along the shore.
All apartments Mini and Suite are with lake view.
Minis They are ca. 22 square meters for
2 Person (+1) and are completely furnished with dishes, towels, sheets and telephone, hair
dryer, fridge, SAT-TV. Made up of one double bed sleeping room,
bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with water kettle, electric
hot plates, with possible one extra bed. They are optimal for 2
people+n.1 child. In front of the apartment there is a boat landing
stage with table, stairs and deck-chairs.
Suites from ca. 75 to 180 square meters. They are available for 2 or
3 or 4 or 5 people. Suites, recently renovated, are furnished in a
superior Style and they are all different. They are completely
furnished with dishes, towels, sheets and telephone, fridge, TV SAT,
dish-washer or wash-machine and dryer (not all, but some of theme).
Our suites have 1 or 2 sleeping rooms, 1 zone with double bed, SAT
TV and the other zone with 2 single or double beds, big bathroom and
a kitchen, living room with SAT TV. In front of our suites there is
a big private terrace with frontal lake view, grill, table, stairs
and deck-chairs.
The residence is also furnished with outside swimming pool (10.00 x
5.00 x 1.40), direct access to the lake, buoys for boats, area for
surfs, bicycles, private parking, Hydro-massage (extra charge),
grill, terrace solarium, elevator for all apartments, area for
wash-machine and dryer (against payment), Internet-wireless (extra
charge, you need your laptop), a small Bar-Café close to the
Reception (opening time: 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 7 p.m.)
The conditioned air is not necessary in our residence. All the
apartments have ceiling ventilator for the
movement of the air. All the apartments are faced on the lake and
clients can leave windows open.
In the month July-August-September we rent from Saturday to Saturday.
We rent for a min. 3 nights stay only if the request is for that
month: July for July, August for August, September for September. In
this way we are able to satisfy all the requests for 7 nights stay (Saturday
to Saturday) that we receive out of season. |
