It has a double bedroom with a beautiful terrace facing the lake, a small bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette equipped with everything you need + a fridge (minibar) and a microwave, a separate sitting room with nr. 1 single bed, SAT TV, telephone and internet connection. Through a large balcony door from the bedroom you have direct access to the private outdoor area on the dock, all directly on the lake with the following: deckchairs, chairs, table, large gazebo with a double sunbathing deck 2 × 2 m. With private staircase in front of the apartment to go down to the lake. This apartment has a balcony on the lake far larger than all the others.

Please note that every year we carry out maintenance work on the apartments of the Mini Economy type and similar. However, as these apartments are almost always occupied due to their unique position directly on the lake and with private access to the water through an exclusive gate, they suffer from very strong wear, since they are always chosen and preferred by a specific type of customer.
