Private staircase in front of the apartment to go down to the lake. The MINIs have a unique and very close contact with nature.

Please note that every year we carry out maintenance work on the apartments of the Mini Economy type and similar. However, as these apartments are almost always occupied due to their unique position directly on the lake and with private access to the water through an exclusive gate, they suffer from very strong wear, since they are always chosen and preferred by a specific type of customer.
